A vibrant Norwegian restaurant group specializing in contemporary Spanish cuisine is seeking an Operational Restaurant Manager for their restaurant based in Tromsø, Norway.

 

The main responsibilities will include:

 

• Managing the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Handling personnel responsibilities, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and development.

• Collaborating with managers from other departments and the head office.

• Meeting designated deadlines.

• Following internal routines such as payroll reporting, stock counts, IK-Food, IK-Alcohol, invoicing, cash settlement, and ISO routines.

Desired qualifications:

 

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager (minimum 2 years).

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian or Swedish) is desired.
