Exclusive luxury 5* Resort, located in Sardinia, is looking for a Chef de Rang (Seasonal Contract)

Role Description:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Food & Beverage professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Chef de Rang you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.

  • Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.

  • Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently, never cutting corners.

  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.

  • Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Show respect to those in authority and embrace and act on feedback positively, seeing it as an opportunity to learn.

  • Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.

  • High School Diploma required, advanced degree in hospitality related field preferred.

  • 2 years of previous Chef de Rang  experience is preferred.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills – Fluent English and Italian (Mandatory).
