CHEF DE RANG

Exclusive luxury 5 star hotel, located in a historical city landmark, is looking for a Chef de Rang.
Description of the Hotel:
The Position requires ample ability to manage all the food & beverage tasks, becoming a team member from a unique project.
Position description and goals:
A) Brand ambassador, representing all the cultural values and tradition from the company.
B) To manage the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station in the F&B outlet in a ‘hands on’ capacity.
C) To have a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services available to our guests.
D) Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly attitude at all times.
E) Ensure prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service to the guests at all times.
F) Set up & clear tables to the correct standards.
G) To ensure that all food service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
• Hospitality professional with a minimum of 2 years experience with similar roles working for luxury hotels.
• Very proactive and dynamic.
• International experience. Willing to relocate or based in Milano.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields
• Fluency in English (Mandatory).
• Full availability and flexibility regarding work schedule.
