Exclusive luxury 5* Resort, located in Sardinia, is looking for a Chef de partie (Seasonal Contract)

Role Description:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Food & Beverage professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

This position will primarily be responsible for:

As a Chef de partie you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Reflect the Resort philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers.

  • Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section and assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen.

  • Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled.

  • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management.

  • High School Diploma required, advanced degree in hospitality related field preferred.

  • 2 years of previous Chef de Partie experience is preferred.
