Exclusive luxury 5* Resort, located in Sardinia, is looking for a Bar Manager (Seasonal Contract)
Role Description:
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Food & Beverage professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
This position will primarily be responsible for:
As a Bar Manager you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Responsible for ensuring that the beverage sales forecasted for bars, lounges and restaurants are meet and exceeded.
Strives to meet the target cost of sales for the operation as determined by the Resort budgets.
Ensures that all Hotel beverage service standards and sequences of service are being followed and adhered to by the team members.
Monitors and adjusts the schedules for the team members, in order to meet demand and guest service.
Participates in planning and managing the continuous training of all the team members.
Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed.
Make sure that all material and equipment made available to the Bar is correctly used.
Ensure the bar stores clean and free of expiries.
Ensure good coordination between bar and the kitchen; knowledge of the menu, suggestions, missing dishes, etc.

High School Diploma required, advanced degree in hospitality related field preferred.
2 years of previous Bar Manager experience is preferred.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills – Fluent English and Italian (Mandatory).
Proficient PMS skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Protel.
